I send money through MoneyGram, they send me email " approved & money ready to pickup " but they block the money for my receiver then I tried to contact Them many many times via phone, email & complaint department but not any single response also my receiver & their agent trying to contact them.
But no answer. Then they clear money after 3 weeks with lots of frustration. This type of service means ASAP but too delayed.
Please please never use this service, lots better & fast service recommended WesternUnion, Ria etc. I will be contact for this matter to fair trading department & also current affairs.
I had issues with their locations charging my receivers a 2% that MoneyGram agreed that they should not do.
It was difficult to register a complaint with MoneyGram; they did not seem to know how to resolve the issue; they simply did not care on both occasions. I would not recommend them.

Easy to use especially when you don't have time to run to the store.
Money Gram expedites money transfers at super lightning speeds and with accuracy ! Very user friendly and love the text updates on transactions and when the recipient receives it !!! Only down fall fees need to be lower, but overall really enjoy and trust Money Gram, I have used it before the digital era came around, easy to use on any device !! Like how it stores your activity and transaction information this is very important because it helps the process much smoother and faster. Keep up the good work but please offer lower transaction fees, I live paycheck to paycheck.TexasBertha A Silva
Moneygram makes it easy to send money and affordable. I do wish it was easier to edit information for someone I've already sent money to. My only complaint at this time is that it's not always easy to figure out what to do on the tech end.
You were the best service I ever had but you blocked my account I don't know why without a reason so please fix it ASAP
For some reason Moneygram disabled my account. I have no idea why, and they won't give me a second chance.
Good service with the app. Use monthly. Rare interruptions in service.
Customer service is reliably slow and transaction completions are hit and miss. 3 star because I no longer use the service I have chosen another.
I have been using Money gram for a while, very easy to use. Mo ey Gram itself is very easy and friendly and they explain things.. However, the receiving offices in Amman Jordan are untrained and bothersome, as if they were giving the money for free or as a favor. They truelly suck!!! And very rude. Hence the two ? otherwise, it is a 5 ?
